Do you ever find yourself caught up in the everyday stresses of life?

Lost in your thoughts, or overwhelmed with emotions?

Don’t worry, you’re not alone.

I created this website to empower you with knowledge, self-awareness, and tools to live a better life. I want to help you unleash your full potential and be the best version of yourself possible.

My articles are dedicated to help you understand your own mind, body, and behaviour more clearly. You can always learn and discover more about yourself, other people, and the world around you.

You might not be able to control or change what happens in life, but you can improve yourself, and the way you respond to it.

Mindful Way to Be is about choosing a path of self-awareness and positive action. Enabling you to make long lasting, transformative change.

It’s how I try to live and will continue to for as long as I’m here. I created this website is to help, encourage, and inspire others on the same journey. It’s one we never stop travelling.

Your mind has great power.

If you want to learn, develop, and grow, then you’ve come to the right place.

Hi, I’m Chris, a trainee therapist all the way from bonnie Scotland in the UK.

A unique and beautiful country. One filled with wonder, wild terrain, and landscapes that will take your breath away.

I have a passion for self-development, improvement, and mindfulness. Which is why I created this website.

I BATTLED MY

ISSUES WHEN

I WAS YOUNGER.

It was a rocky road at times.

Full of trials and tribulations,

but I made it through.

I didn’t do it all alone though. I sought out help from a kind, caring, and empathetic therapist.

One who changed my life and steered me on a new path. He listened, supported, and guided me through my difficulties.

And by introducing me to mindfulness, he helped me to process difficult emotions I had been suppressing for years.

That period proved to a huge leap in self-awareness for me. I also finally had the tools to be able to manage my own difficulties.

Over the years I struggled to find a career that suited me. I always loved the idea of being able to help others, but I didn’t feel like I had the knowledge, skills, life experience, or mental fortitude to do at the time.

Almost a decade since seeing my own therapist, I decided to train to become one myself. I felt inspired and the timing was right.

I become more content, disciplined, and determined than ever before. The idea of helping and inspiring others enthralled me.

Everything I write about in Mindful Way to Be is what I try to apply in my own life. I want to embody what I teach as I encourage others to do the same.

Whether that’s knowledge about how our body and mind works. Or tools, skills, and coping strategies to live a happier and freer life. One filled with hope, strength, and purpose.

Join me on this journey.
