Guidance for Modern Life

Psychology, mindfulness, and self-awareness for navigating life

Hello, I’m Chris, a BACP-registered therapist based in the UK.

Modern life can feel overwhelming. Many people struggle with anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, overthinking, and the pressure of trying to keep up in a fast-paced world.

Through Mindful Way to Be, I create calm, therapist-informed content to help people better understand themselves, navigate emotional struggles, and approach life with greater awareness and self-compassion.

Alongside the website and YouTube channel, I also work face-to-face with clients in Scotland and online throughout the UK.

I originally trained as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), but I work integratively, adapting therapy to suit each person’s individual needs and experiences.

Feel free to explore the articles and videos, where I share reflections, psychological insights, and practical tools for navigating the challenges of modern life.
